1854 Concepts was founded with the aim to provide the best service to customers in the most ethical and sustainable manner possible. We aim to use sustainable products and energy wherever possible and encourage our customers to consider sustainability when evaluating solutions.

Founder David Ainslie has been involved in the Trading Room environment for over 20 years and took a start up business from single employee to a company with over GBP4 million annual turnover.  He has been involved in many significant projects and wrote the software that delivered live financial data to Swiss Teletext for over 10 years.  With in depth knowledge of customer requirements he has been significantly involved in product design and development.
